It's all about creating a neutral canvas that's both visually and emotionally appealing to as many people as possible."From there we go room by room and either physical changes are made or detailed suggestions for improvement are given. Here are the results of a basic Two-Hour consult using only what was available in the home.... DINING ROOMTwo chairs removed to create space and make the room more visually appealing.New centerpiece added...using flowers from owner's garden.Excess glassware was removed from the cabinets (seller told to prepack what she wanted and donate the rest) and remaining pieces were decoratively arranged on shelves. LIVINGROOMOne chair and lamp were removed.Picture on wall was lowered.Dusty dried flowers removed and replaced with glassware. MASTER BEDROOMNightstands were removed. Vanity was centered under window.Dresser was repositioned into corner.Quilt was folded to bottom of bed and pillows were repositioned.Dresser was cleared off. Doggie bed and rug were removed.Artwork was replaced with a larger piece. The BEFORE photos show what the house looked like after the seller had already "decluttered" in preparation for the listing photos.
